Congratulations Eleanor on successfully completing the 5000 Punch Challenge on Sept. 11! The Challenge consisted of 1000 stationary punches and another 4000 while moving and took 2 and a half hours to complete, with no breaks and in the rain! Great job Eleanor for showing budo spirit and sticking with it to the end.
