Congratulations Eleanor on successfully completing the 5000 Punch Challenge on Sept. 11, 2021! The Challenge consisted of 1000 stationary punches and another 4000 while moving and took 2 and a half hours to complete, with no breaks and in the rain! Great job Eleanor for showing budo spirit and sticking with it to the end.
Registration has begun for training at the Fleetwood Community Centre in the fall. The first class will be Wednesday, September 13. Please refer to the Surrey Recreation Guide for the information needed to register.
